The R-2050Ex pilot-scale explosion-proof rotary evaporator is suitable for pilot-scale experiments in the fields of biology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food processing. It forms a complete system when integrated with cooling equipment such as vacuum pumps and recirculating chillers. The motor, heater, and electrical control box are all explosion-proof. Explosion-proof rating: ExdbIIBT4Gb. With an excellent sealing design, the system’s pressure rise rate is ≤2 kPa/h even without vacuum grease. The automatic switching valve design allows for uninterrupted distillation and transfer of material to a collection flask when using a single collection flask configuration. It features a PTFE discharge valve, and the glass components utilize quick-connect flanges.

● The 3.3 borosilicate glass three-way flask acts as a buffer, preventing material from the rotating flask from entering the condenser due to boiling, thereby ensuring normal distillation.
● Features a “PTFE + fluororubber double seal ring” design to ensure sealing integrity.
● The collection flask connection is thoughtfully designed to allow for the discharge of collected liquid without interrupting the continuous distillation process.
